Issues with getting deposit back. They stated they refunded already 3 days ago and bank shows no activity. Going to have to file a claim to get money returned.
Whenever I've rented from the office in Portage, IN it has been a pleasant experience. They explain any additional options I may be interested in but never pressure me into a decision. Overall nice place to rent a vehicle from.

Overall good experience. The rental had less than a quarter tank of gas when i picked it up (not good).
