Had negative condescending experience with one provider there on multiple occasions. I'm 6'1" and 193 lbs with a very small "beer' belly. She added "obesity" to my medical record. Are you f****** me? I switched to another provider there. She's great. Isn't judgemental. Ask for Elizabeth.

Do you have to have a medical background to work here? Don’t think so! I have been a patient since I first found out I was pregnant, over 4 years ago. As the years passed my experiences have been getting worse and worse. Today is the cherry on top to make me look for a different doctor for my daughter. I basically told the urgent care doctor what my daughter needed. She barely listened to what I had to say concerning my daughter. She basically ran out the door, I was stuck asking questions to the pharmacy tech or the ‘nurses’. My daughter has a cough, basically to do with the season changing, she prescribes an antibiotic. My daughter develops a yeast infection when she takes antibiotic...she also prescribed us medicine for that too. Hello? Can I have some better cough medicine? Can I have some answers to my concerns?! This isn’t the first time they prescribed her antibiotics. If your looking for a watered down excuse for a doctors office, by all means come to Northshore! I’ll be going elsewhere for now on. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Their only concern is profit. Not suitable to manage healthcare on any level. Pay more somewhere for treatment that actually focused on you and not on a paycheck.

They need a better appointment system. Nobody should wait over 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. I called twice to schedule one and waited over 30 minutes both times. I asked the lady can they call me back and they said no that could not do it. I told her well when i was on hold there was an option for a callback and she says well we dont do that. So why is it saying you can if you can't? Ill find somewhere else to go that will give better service.

Don't waste your time. I sat for about 45 minutes for the doctor to come in, listen to me he took a glance and that was it. I have a sinus infection and I'm prone to them so I'm an old hand at them. He tried to prescribe me Levaquin, which is a black box. When I tried to get him to change it, I sat for another 45 minutes for him to tell me with my allergy to penicillin I had no other option... Ummm no one else had a problem. I've never been prescribed this nor will I ever take it. What a joke. I pretty much wasted two hours for a doctor to tell me what I already knew and write my own prescription because in the end I had to tell HIM what to give me.
