Most importantly this store helps out so many people in this Portage community. Always the first to step up to help out a family in need! I highly recommend this store if you want above and beyond customer service.
Depending on how busy they are the older lady who i think is a manager can have an attitude change from friendly to unhelpful, or if busy she will do the same. The younger girls are always super helpful. The old lady will tell you, " were busy, I can't fax that or copy that or bind that for you right now" . Last i checked, you offered a service, and thats why i walked in. Hopefully you walk in on a not busy day or a day that she's had her coffee, cuz if not, don't say i didn't warn you

Pretty cool in here because they gave me a piece of tape for my box I didn't have and I anticipated getting charged.

I printed the QR code because the last time a business tried to copy it from my phone, they had a hard time. I was told that they can only scan it from a phone and the clerk insulted the hell out of me by suggesting that I should learn modern technology if I want to use a smart phone! Excuuuuuse me? The male clerk said yes, they could scan a printed QR Code. I then told the B**ch that she ought to learn about her own store's capabilities before daring to insult a customer. I've never been treated like that anywhere. USPS for me!
