Was not a good experience from the start. . Lady kept getting up to help someone else all the time. At a time like this when you are setting up funeral arrangements this is not acceptable, Very rude. Also do not get your monument through them. Totally dissatisfied. From design to product. Terrible finished product. Service was great that was it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
