My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress set for our son. We walked into Art Van of Portage for the first time and fell in love with the store. Everything was displayed nicely. Not over crowded where you couldn’t focus on the piece you were looking at. Everything was clean and organized. We were greeted by a friendly associate, Katherine who helped us find exactly what we needed. Never pushy and full of great information. We ended up buying not one but two new beds for our children. They were ordered and arrive at the store in a very timely fashion. We will be returning very soon for our next purchase. I highly recommend Art Van Furniture.
Furniture was delivered on the date promised. The 2 gentlemen that delivered the furniture were very pleasant and professional. They set everything up and even rearranged for me. I have bought from Art Van before and definitely will again
Ordered a table and chair set online and it came in to the Portage location 2 weeks quicker than estimated! The employees at the store opened and inspected the table and found that it had been damaged so they ordered a new one right away and then called to let me know it would be in in a couple of days (which was still a week and a half faster than the original date)! I arrived to pick it up and was greeted promptly by a friendly associate who directed me to the pickup area where another employee loaded the items onto my truck for me.
Table and chairs are beautiful and solidly made. Cannot beat the price for the quality!
The different sales people at the Art Van Furniture in Portage are always great. They're all friendly, know their inventory, sales process, what's in stock...basically anything you need or could ask. They're always helpful and if you need time alone, they wait until you need them. Great value and great employees!
It's great to go into a furniture store and not be bombarded and followed by the salespeople. The people working the floor made you feel comfortable and they were attentive without being overwhelming the deals are great. And I just love the sturdiness of my new table and the delivery guys for Fast & Polite and friendly.
