When confronted about her attitude she instantly started talking about how long she has been doing hair as if that has ANYTHING to do with, or makes up for how abrasive and unprofessional she is.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
My girlfriend made an appointment for 6pm. when she showed up on time they didn't take care of her. the women who was supposed to take care of her left with out knowing she had an appointment. This was my GF first time there. bad first impression.
I am thirty years old and I do not appreciate being spoken to like a child, nor do I enjoy being spoken down to about my own preferences.
All in all I ended up finding out they don't even have a store manager to complain to, which just blows my mind.
The "stylist" I dealt with is Sandra and I promise she is the reason I won't go back and I'll make sure no one I know does either.
