Bill was fast and efficient. Super friendly! Would give more then 5 stars if I could.
Tried calling for 3 days, left message no return, called with another phone and he answered with portage lock and key, told him I needed key made, then tells me I have wrong person and hangs up. If you want work done this isn't the place.
Bill is absolutely AMAZING! I called and left a voicemail. He called back a minute later and at my car (that I was locked out of) within 8 min! He had a pleasant demeanor and was extremely professional!
