I wouldn't even offer them a star. Don't waste you time here.
Walked into the store this passed week, they had 1 other customer there. That customer was helped quickly. No one, none of their staff greeted me or offered any assistance. After waiting for 10 min I lefted.
The Portage store was wonderful, David helped me decide what brand was best for my needs and demonstrated. I picked duration. However the painter I used, has nothing to do with the store but just an FYI "John Gilbert" very unprofessional. I can give details if you are interested.
