I've used them to replace my a/c and I'm happy with their work. Had an issue a few weeks after and they came out tbe same day and fixed it readily at no charge. I also used their plumbing services for a disposal issue and had an electician out to check out my carriage lights. All have been personable, answered all questions, and prices were resonable. I like being able to call one number for all services. Office staff is heloful and pleasant.
It all started on a Saturday when I walked into the laundry room to a puddle of water under the water heater. Mark was able to come out that afternoon and replace our water heater, in a matter of only a couple hours. The emergency charge was acceptable and well worth not having to wait until Monday. Mark was courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. He recommended a water pressure reducing valve, so we scheduled that about a month later.
So, I called them out yesterday. After an hour and a half, I was told the problem was fixed. It cost $235. I was told AFTER the work that there was no guarantee on the work (I had a slow draining sink). I also was told that the serviceman had broken a piece off the dishwasher under the sink, but he had "rerouted and attached" everything. Last night I went out for dinner. This morning my sister went to use the sink for the first time since the "repair ". Guess what? Less than 24 hours later the sink was backing up again. Furthermore, they want to charge us for another service call. Then if they leave and it happens again, it's a third service call. Unprofessional. Shady. Incompetent.
We have been incredibly happy with Maglish the past few months. Over three separate appointments, we have been pleased with their workmanship, professionalism and pricing.
Mark and owner Gary came out and tackled a difficult project for me. They did an excellent job, reasonably priced and very punctual. I refer Maglish to my family and friends.
Then we got a quote from the owner for a new furnace. He came to the house and gave a free quote, plus advice and recommendations. We had the new furnace installed and are happy so far.
We just remodeled our kitchen and needed the faucet and garbage disposal connected to the new sink. My husband has had both knees replaced and he no longer has the flexibility to do the job. I'd noticed The Maglish truck quite often in my neighborhood doing work for other neighbors so I called them. They sent out Jesse to do the work. He showed upon time and was very efficient on the job. The next day I noticed a leak under the sink. I called Maglish back explaining the problem and Jesse arrived within a very short time to see to it. The problem was not the quality of the work but a hose that had sprung a leak. Jesse replaced the hose and no more leak. Thank you Jesse!
This company really stands behind their work and their customer service is the best. I will being using them again in the future when the need arises.
