We take our Cat Misty twice a year to be Groomed because she is a Ball of Fur, they always do an Excellent Job! Very Friendly Professional & Reasonable! (Chesterton Location on Route 20)

I've been taking my dog here for a long time and have no complaints. ..I have a difficult dog, chow/lab mix, so lots and lots of fur and she's very, very nervous and they do a great cut every time and she's never been scared when I pick her up. ...oh and very reasonably priced
I am very disappointed with this "business" the owner Jeannie forgets appointments and have had it happen twice now where I go to take my dog and a note on the door says I will be back in a hour etc, when I spoke with her about it she claims no one wrote me down on the book but I SPOKE WITH HER DIRECTLY the No ONEwas HER ...no apology no nothing to try to keep a customer but it's all good their cuts are pitiful and now I see why the portage location closed. Sad but true. not only is Jeannie BEYOND rude I truly believe she is mean to the dogs as well my dog is beyond scared everytime I pick him up from her, the young girl was a decent nicer person to deal with maybe she should take the shitty business over.
