I will not use this facility in the future. My storage unit was broken into. After speaking with the responding police officer I was informed that Pleasant Valley has frequent break-ins. The customer service was horrible. Several calls before they return your call and the employees are not in the office during their posted business offers. I immediately moved my belongings to a more secure storage unit at another facility and found out that their was another break-in at the unit I had rented. My gut told me to remove my belongings as the thieves knew what other valuables were stored there that they did not take the first time. I have yet to receive my security deposit and after one lame attempt by their coporate office I have yet to reach anyone about it. This is all my experience with this company.
I had a unit there, unit was not secure and we were broken into, management didn't care.
