Very disappointed in this facility. I took my cat in for a check up and shots after adopting her from a shelter. After waitimg an hour and a half (while other clients, who came in after me, were seen ahead of me) I was presented with a $195 bill. I was not told ahead of time what the costs would be for the services my cat received. I went back to have her spayed (the shelter covered that ) and was bombarded with other services related to the spay that i could purchase at an additional cost. I also took her in the night before because I work early in the morning. I was informed that I would be called after her surgery and told how she did and when I could pick her up. As of 4:00 I had not received a call so I called the vet. I was told that she had not yet had her surgery because there were many SNSI animals that had to be spayed/neutered as well (I was not informed of this the night before ). I was told I would be called when she was done. At 6:00 I received a call that my cat was finished and that I could pick her up at 7:30 because they closed at 8. What type of facility, if they were more concerned about their patient, would do that? I felt like I was being sold services so they could make money and that the care of my cat was of less importance. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

The Vet and her assistant were amazing with my cat. This place would have gotten 5 stars if they had believed me when I told them that the humane society would pay for his prescription. Every person there tried to make me pay, even when I showed them the adoption paperwork.
Jolynn rudman. You are truly an amazing veterinion. Not only did you take the best care and treatment today of little guy, but also me. You seen it also stressed me and calmed me and guided me when you was treating my cat. Thats my little guy and i have never been so pleased than i was today when it comes to a vet. Your truly a sweetheart and you do your job well with pets and their owners at the same time. Thank you sweetie. Rob wood
Thank you to the dr and staff for coming to my home and picking up my dog, taking him to the vet and taking such good care of him. Unfortunately, the decision we had to make was to put our guy down, but thank you for your compassion and understanding.
