Racist! i went to the dining area and got three boiled eggs. I put them in my purse for ease of convenience to take back to my room with me. I went back to the my table to finish my tea. That's when I was was accosted by staff asking for my room number and if I was staying there. I told her yes I was staying there. She insisted that I give her a room number. I was the only person of color in a room full of white people, so I told her unless she's going to ask every person in that room for a room number then she needs to leave me the hell alone! That's when she threatened to call the cops. I left and went back to my room and told my boyfriend, who until recently was a GM for Hampton himself. Anyway, the cops came and the heifer lied and said she called the cops because I was making a public scene cursing her out. The cops believed her version but nothing else happened. Once it was verified that I was a paying guest and was not someone who came in off the street to steal food, she should have apologized. An apology would have made all the difference. I would not stay there again.

We were lied about! We are Diamond members and have stayed at Hampton all over, never been accused of something like the desk clerk did. Management backed her up. We will never stay at this Hampton again! We planned to stay a whole week, but this incident happened the first night, and no apology was made. No admitting of wrongdoing! We canceled and moved our belongings to a different hotel for the rest of our holiday vacation. Very upset...I Have never written a bad review, as we have never been treated so dishonestly!

The hotel was okay. It was an unexpected stop for us and we quickly got a room. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the room didn't have a mini fridge. Breakfast was quick and what we expected. We'd stay there again.

What this hotel lacks in location, it makes up for in many other ways. Super friendly staff, spacious, clean rooms that are comfortable. Huge variety of hot and cold breakfast. Sadly, no hot tub, but the pool and fitness center make up for it. They even let us do a late check-out. Rates were good too. I would definitely come back!

The service MADE our stay. To be honest this place needs a make over. The lack of in room amenities almost ruined it along with shoddy, out dated aesthetics. This place really feels at home along some $50 motels instead of a $100 a night Hilton property but the people working here bend over backwards to make you happy really made this a 5 star from a 2 star experience. Whoever owns this place owes customers and employees alike to make this place worth going to.
