Service was excellent! The host was very polite She sat us right away! Server brought drinks quickly was very friendly and made us laugh while we waited for our food. Would recommend this place for sure. Thank you Liz and the host who sat us!
Came in and reserved a table for 6 people..waited 20 minutes for the host to tell us half our party has to be here to be seated....once our party arrived 10 minutes later the host said it'll be a moment because someone gave away our table. After waiting 10 more minutes we were finally seated. Everyone was ready to order as soon as we sat down. Here it is 1.5 hrs later....still waiting for our food. My food better be hot!! And I'm probably not coming back to this location.
Manager called early this morning to talk about our negative outing. She was polite and offered free appetizer/dessert. The waiter was kind just did not seem concerned with our table. I hope this will help them to do better in the future.
Looking at the other reviews I guess I got lucky. Went in with 9 people on a Thursday night which we didn’t realize was stupid until we got there. Luckily there was no wait, they had two tables they pushed together and got our drinks and food in a very timely manner. Napkins and boats were provided without having to ask which is awesome to me anyway. The food arrived in order, appetizers then food shortly after. Considering we order 120 wings and actually got 145 it was brought faster than I expected. The waitress was great, refilled drinks without needing us to ask or reminding her what we had which in a group of 9 on a busy night is saying something. The bill was also brought quickly without needing to be asked. I hate places like this because of the noise but the service we received was fantastic.
I would give 0 if i could. Literally everything in my order was wrong and cold and i had to wait a half an hour over the time i was suppose to. Worst food experience I've ever had.
