Okay so I've been to a few kfc restaurants but this one takes the cake for being the worst. As I sat there in the restaurant I was served 3 "chicken strips" that looked like half of a pigeon swept off the streets of Chicago. And after returning
Had no crispy dark meat at 9pm. Acted like it was a burden to be asked for it. Driving 8 Mike's to valpo for decent service.
home for an hour I can say that I could poop through a screen door and now my stomach feels like it has been ripped out through my butthole. Not only do I hate portage, but I now hate this kfc. Y'all need to get it together.
Worst place of all kfcs. this place stinks. Very old. Maddy be ok for to go but not for dinner in.
We ate at the portage KFC on 8/17/17. The food was good but your store needs updating. We had to move seats because water was dripping on us from the ceiling and the store inside is just dirty. The staff needs to do some detailed cleaning in the inside. The outside is bad to. The flower beds are just dirt and not very much if that with a tiny bush just sitting there. There seems to be no upkeep on the inside or outside. This makes me doubt how well the food is handled or how clean it is behind the counter. Take some pride in your business and make people want to eat there. We have too many options to go eat and I won't be back until I see improvements.
horrible food meals were so old we could not eat them, potato wedges old and 3 chicken lit sandwiches were totally old and also couldn't eat and this isnot thr first time this has happened.
