Oh, and the last time my mom went through the drive through and had similar treatment, my sister called to let them know. They ended up laughing her. Really classy people they have working for them.

As you can see from the reviews, this is about the biggest joke of any place... Anywhere. Try to go late at night, they don't take your order most if the time. It's like no one is there. You would think the owners, or corporate, would care. But they don't. It's dirty, poorly staffed, cold food. Shittiest place in Portage, for sure.
And I come from a few years of food service as a manager, so I know how it is. Their behavior is unacceptable.
The food was OK, but the service was terrible. The person taking orders didn't care about his job at all - very unprofessional service.
Every time someone I know goes there, something is messed up or missing, and the service is always TERRIBLE.
I paid for a few things that I didn't even receive today, and when I asked for a lot of Hot and Fire sauce (even though they had already asked me when they took my order and I hadn't received it), she gave me a dirty look and literally threw like 3 Fire and 3 Mild sauce packets at me and closed the window before I could ask for some more sauce.
They can't get an order right to save their life. I'm not even going back to let them make it right anymore. I'll drive further to go to the one in Hobart.
