I went to Lowe's in search of Halloween decorations and to see the new Christmas decor (Halloween Night 2017). After I saw these items I went into the appliances, cabinets, then to home organizations. At this point, I've been in this store 45 minutes. NO ONE asked if they could assist me! As I left the store, the male cashier stared into space and pretended not to see me as well. I am so thankful that Menards is across the street. I WILL NEVER GO BACK IN THAT STORE. DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

VERY helpful staff. We were shopping for ideas for an upcoming kitchen project and worked with Josh in the cabinets area and Luciano in flooring. It was a Sunday evening and these guys spent over an hour helping us find the right products and giving us honest feedback on quality, finish, ease of installation. First, for them to be that helpful and commit that kind of time to help us was phenomenal but their knowledge of the product lines and options proved these guys were true professionals.

Great home improvement store. I come here when I want those finer finishes...like their flooring, lighting, and finished hardware. They do have excellent tools as well!
Ordered something online and came and picked it up an hour later and it was ready, just like they said it would be. Very easy transaction and friendly customer service lady. Clean and organized inside as well.
