My day was made better by the staff. They gave all of my beanie babies their own booth. Charlie, my sock monkey, ordered a surf and turf. When we got it it was to all of the exact specifications. “Yum yum,” was Charlie’s quote as he ate his steak and shrimp. Luckily there wasn’t any white people working.
Odd that with so much competition restaraunts can afford servers who forget customer's drinks, fail to check on them or even bring their food, and neglect to ask if anyone wanted dessert, which we did want. Instead of having to flag her down again we simply paid and left.
Ordered a burger well done, got home it was very raw, threw it away and went without dinner. Decided to give it another try weeks later and again my well done burger was raw but, this time I didn't realize it until i was half way through it due to the sauce that came on it. Fast forward a few days later and now i am sick and may need medical attention if it doesn't clear up soon. Not Happy!
I had my first experience at Applebee's today. My boyfriend and I dined at the applebees located in Portage IN. Our server Jessica was super nice and kept our drinks refilled the entire meal. The manager came and checked on us twice to make sure everything was going well. I have nothing bad to say about this establishment. I will definitely be dining here again.
I asked for no mushrooms due to I'm allergic i got my food didn't see any on top eat a shrimp and potato found mushrooms did let waitress know got me a new meal. This morning i woke up with hives thankfully not a full blown reaction did not go to hosp. took benadryl still have a little itching will take 1 more dose. Please tell wait staff when someone says no to an ingredient they may be allergic and have a serious reaction worst case throat closes and they die hopefully they have epi pens
The server was all over us when we were seated. After we placed our order she was MIA. A different person brought out our salads and our entrees, a bearded man name Joshua?. He was attentive and asked if we needed anything else. Our server however had to be hailed just to get some black pepper since there was none in the caddy. After Joshua brought our entrees our assigned server passed by the table, walking thru to who knows where empty handed, and said "looks like you got everything". As she sat the check on the table she said, "Oh. I forgot your beer. Do you want it now?" I said no and she said "more water?" Then, "Ill pick that up whenever you're ready" and vanished.
