10-19-17 I went through the drive thru. I couldn't understand the Latino talking to me. Order was screwed up because of bad English skills of the order taker.
This is he 2nd bad experience I've had here. No, I won't be back.
I Totally Agree With You Guys, The service was horrible took too long for my order and at that I ordered something simple nothing that would take too long. My meat tasted weird and had hair in it, I just threw it away yuck! Would not recommend this place at all ! Your wasting your time. The workers there are lazy!
First time i went there the restaurant was EMPTY and the two people working refused to take my order even after i asked them who do i give my order to. After standing there another five minutes while being ignored, i walked out and went somewhere else. Tonight i trued again and the onion tanglers were so salty they weren't edible. There was salt crusted on them. The mashed potato casserole tasted spoiled and the ribs were literally sitting in a quarter inch of oil. Disgusting! Will never go back.
While i wss there recently there was a worker by the name of Cole i believe his tag saif. He stood behind people wirh his mouth agape the entire time. I will never eat there again.
Great food!! Great prices!! My only suggestion is a little less banter between your younger employees. We don't care who is fighting with whom in your social circle while your waiting on us. Otherwise great staff!
He couldn't understand me and I could understand him. Food was good but not what I ordered. It took 15 minutes in the drive thru to get my food to me. No one in front of me and no one behind me at 12:45pm.
I went in and from the start it was bad service, so i kept notes on my phone. Kyle was the guy cutting the meat. He looks very unkept. He wouldnt stop talking to me and i kust wanted to eat get my food and go home. After telling me about what they were out of, btw it went something like this "so guys i have none of this, about this much of this and only enough of this for that" im told i can move around the corner and a guy kohn woulf help me, after a minute looking at the sides this guy john waddles up and takes my TWO sides. By this time kyle had finished the first meat on my 3 meat plate it took me 12 minutes to get out of that place with nobody else in the line. Ive been in there before with a really skinny guy and a younger guy with very long hair (he looked very well kept) that day i got a 3 meat plate and 2 sides and i was out ths door in what felt like no time.
