Last 3 visits (over a 3 month span) I have had problems with food quality and freshness. The employees do not apologize for the inconvenience. It USED to be a decent place to eat at. Too bad because my son likes Arby's and he is a VERY picky eater.

Managed to screw my order up twice in a row. Will not be going back.
Its seems like they use a dirty smelly mop to wash the floors and the carpet in the dining room is BLACK. Needs a good scrubbing!
Can't this Arby's do anything right?

Great food for fast food. Real turkey! And the employees are always nice.
